This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, on what legal basis, and which cookies are used. Last updated: October 2026.

1. What we process

Contact by email

When you write to us — by clicking one of the email buttons on this site or emailing us directly — we process the name, email address and content of your message to answer your enquiry, prepare a platform walkthrough or discuss value creation and sale preparation support. Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and no longer.

Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used — which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. This involves usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country/city), device, browser and a pseudonymous identifier stored in cookies. IP addresses are truncated before storage or use. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider processes technical logs (for example IP addresses and request timestamps) to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period only.

2. Cookies

This website sets no advertising or marketing cookies. The only optional cookies are the analytics cookies listed below, which are set only after you accept in the cookie banner. Your consent choice itself is stored locally in your browser and is not a tracking cookie.

3. Google Analytics

The analytics service is provided by Google. Data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited and transferred to the United States, where it is protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's contractual commitments. Data is retained for 14 months. You can prevent measurement by rejecting cookies in the banner, withdrawing consent via “Cookie settings”, or using Google's opt-out browser add-on. 4. Recipients and transfers

Apart from the providers named above (analytics and hosting), we do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
